I met Schaefer and Rob at one of the best kept secrets on the outskirts of Peachtree City. We spent an hour hiking around capturing some of the sweetest engagement photos ever. Schaefer and Rob were up for everything, including kicking a couple kids off a log so we could get a few photos….Okay, so we asked them politely, but still :) Enjoy the preview.

Their connection is intoxicating and made for the ultimate engagement session today at Serenbe. A little trespassing, a little kissing, and a lot of laughing produced one of our most unique sessions to date. We love you guys and so glad you found us :)

I can’t say enough about Jordan and Chris, they were absolutely perfect to work with this evening. Where else can you do a photoshoot, stumble upon the Paul Mitchell School and quote bad Adam Sandler movies? They are having their rehearsal dinner at The King Plow building in Atlanta with catering from Bold American. If you have never had their food, it’s a cross between Paula Dean and every other southern / amazing food you can think of :) This was my first time shooting at King Plow, it had it’s challenges with lighting, but I think we captured Jordan and Chris’ personality and love for each other perfectly. See you guys in June!

For a couple years now, our fans and clients have been asking us to do a “mini session.” A lot of you out there have probably heard of them before, if not, it’s like a normal photoshoot, but condensed into a 15-20 minute time frame. The cool thing about these sessions is that they are very affordable and you still get the Graceology quality you always expect to see. We are offering this currently for one day only, but if we sell out, we will extend it a day. Space is extremely limited as we can only shoot 2-3 sessions per hour. What is included in the mini session?

- 15-20 minute session: This can be for a baby, child, family, quick senior shoot, couples, grandparents, etc
– 1 8×10 and 3 5×7′s are included
– Awesome location with pond, rustic docks, and multiple themes set up ready to go
– 10-15 photos posted in online gallery
– Total cost: $75.00
– If you want to purchase the CD with all edited images, add $50

*Refer someone, or bring someone with you and receive a free 11×14 print!

We will start shooting at 11am and it is extremely important that you show up to your appointment on time to allow our day to flow smooth and not back up other appointments. Introducing the new 30+30+40 payment plan!

Let’s get straight to the point. Weddings are expensive! Every little detail that goes into a wedding has a price, and it is usually not a small one. We want to take a little bit of that financial worry and stress off your big day and introduce our new payment plan. Currently to book a wedding with Graceology we require a 50% retainer fee and 50% the week before your wedding. Depending on what your budget for the wedding is, writing a check for $1000+ dollars can be stressful.

Welcome to the table the Graceology 30+30+40 payment plan: Once you decide to go with Graceology as your wedding day photographers, you would pay 30% of the balance followed by a payment 90 days later for another 30%. The week before your wedding, we would require the final 40% to be paid. You can still choose to pay 50-50 or even 100%, we just want to help ease some of the burden that comes with planning weddings. Below is an example of a typical structured payment plan:

- Booked wedding on November 1st for a wedding in June of 2012: 1st payment of $600 is due upon contract signing.
- February 1st 2012: 2nd payment of $600 is due
- Last week of May 2012: 3rd and final payment of $800 is due

Wedding photography is an investment. Besides the video (if you choose a videographer,) photos from your wedding is all you will really have to show for all the hard work, time, and love that went into your wedding. Make the wise investment and spend a little extra to get a photographer you bond with instantly and that you have a great feeling about.

Emily | Andrew | Barnsley Gardens Engagement Session, Adairsville, GA

I met Emily and Andrew at the beautiful Barnsley Garden’s this morning. This is the perfect venue on so many levels. The leaves are at the point where they are starting to change color and look amazing. We can’t wait for their July 2012 wedding! The shoot started early enough to where it seemed like we had the entire property to ourselves. The house at Barnsley Gardens is a little spooky and has such a rich history, it give you a few goose bumps walking up the steps. If you get a few minutes, definitely do yourself a favor and Google, Barnsley Gardens. Congrats Emily and Andrew! See you in July!

Sarah | Chris | 1 Year Anniversary Celebration | Emory Conference Center Hotel

Sarah and Chris were married last year in India and they wanted to celebrate their 1 year anniversary with their closest friends in family in Atlanta. They chose the Emory Conference Center Hotel for their party and it went perfect. Spectrum Entertainment provided the perfect mix of music through the night while Chris and Sarah tore up the dance floor. Their guests dined on traditional Indian cuisine with some modern twists. We love photographing weddings and celebrations that have a rich culture behind them. The Indian culture is one of my favorites due to the colors, the bond of families, and the amazing clothing. Thank you to Carrie Clark for shooting with Graceology and killing it like she always does. Congratulations Sarah and Chris, we wish you many more anniversaries and blessings.

Renee | Willis | Macon Engagement Session | The Hay House

Renee and Willis are having their wedding reception at The Hay House in Macon, GA in December so we took a warm July morning to capture some engagement photos there! The Hay House is one of those house you could stare at for hours and still miss so many cool details. It is definitely something to see if you have never been by it before. Their wedding will be taking place in December we can’t wait to work with Renee and Willis again. Their laid back southern attitudes made for a perfect engagement session.

We met Jennie and Anish at a wedding in December and it was an instant connection. Jennie and Anish are seriously the most sincere and humble people we have ever met and worked with. We could have kept shooting for hours longer with these guys, but the Georgia humidity was in full effect tonight. Thanks for the after dinner guys, we can’t wait for November :) Thank you to Cafe Intermezzo for letting us shoot :)
