Let’s get straight to the point.  Weddings are expensive!  Every little detail that goes into a wedding has a price, and it is usually not a small one.  We want to take a little bit of that financial worry and stress off your big day and introduce our new payment plan.  Currently to book a wedding with Graceology we require a 50% retainer fee and 50% the week before your wedding.  Depending on what your budget for the wedding is, writing a check for $1000+ dollars can be stressful.

Welcome to the table the Graceology 30+30+40 payment plan:  Once you decide to go with Graceology as your wedding day photographers, you would pay 30% of the balance followed by a payment 90 days later for another 30%.  The week before your wedding, we would require the final 40% to be paid.  You can still choose to pay 50-50 or even 100%, we just want to help ease some of the burden that comes with planning weddings.  Below is an example of a typical structured payment plan:

- Booked wedding on November 1st for a wedding in June of 2012:  1st payment of $600 is due upon contract signing.
- February 1st 2012:  2nd payment of $600 is due
- Last week of May 2012:  3rd and final payment of $800 is due

Wedding photography is an investment.  Besides the video (if you choose a videographer,) photos from your wedding is all you will really have to show for all the hard work, time, and love that went into your wedding.   Make the wise investment and spend a little extra to get a photographer you bond with instantly and that you have a great feeling about.
